No threat to your great wisdom Mr. Kumar and please keep carrying on your tirade against anyone who is doing any meaningful work for the people, except your favourite khakhi shorts fellows, who keep eliminating all the "bad ones". Just wanted to share with you that Ms. Medha Patkar was one of the people selected by a Governmental & Non-Governmental, UN level body to be in a commission called World Commission on Dams (WCD), whose report is taken as a serious and technical text by many developed/developing countries and also agencies that even construct dams. Ms. Patkar and many others who have been opposing mega dams (also from technical point of view and not just your so called 'anti-development' theory) have been warning of situations like floods and with enough proof for that also... Again, just In case you didn't know. But I am sure you are surely well-versed with everything under the sun... Vijayan
