Not only Hindu but any rightist group fears an equitable society. Those who have a vested interest in the suppression of Dalits and tribals, in the subjugation of women and in poverty who divert attention from their vested interest by speaking of religious conversion or accusing those who work for justice of being anti-national etc. There are indications that these extreme right (fundamentalist) Christian and Hindu groups are funded by the US extreme right Republicans and are allied with Israel - in pursuance of the "famous" theory of clash of civilisations.
