Re: there would be no need for islamophobia if..
Ms Sarwat

Each community will have to solve its own problems, real or percepetual.

Sikh terrorism was large solved by a Sikh himself -- KPS Gill.

When a Sri Lankan Tamil refugee in Tamil Nadu killed Rajiv Gandhi, the
state, (political parties and people) ensured it will no longer
sympathise with the Tamil tigers and measures were taken to that
effect.

Very few Hindus support Bajrang dal or Nathu Ram godse. It all they
lose larger support when they seen to incite volence.

In Assam, majority do not support ULFA nor its cause. So if there is a
real or perception related problem to do with Islam, only Muslims can
institute reforms.

Another thing. We can give individual examples of communal harmony.
Commendable as they are, they are not pointers or indicators of larger
issues such as terrorism and the like and they have to treated and
confronted on their own merits.

So let us not confuse issues.
