at the outset i don't want to enter the debate of Who gives right over the life of others?
but i know of an area in kendrapada district of orissa , a small island kind where the christian nurse visits & cover the 5- odd household , mostly bangladeshi refugees but doesn't look at the other 50 oriya households. is it not an allurement to join ---
