Dear Sir,

It's great that you are notifying this scam to all of us. It's very
common to prepare fraud record specially on the name of Dalits.
Prof. Ramesh Chandra, University of Delhi, He submitted a
paper in Dalit Minority Conference at NY on July 4, 2008.

I read that paper, was clearly showing that Millions of Rupees provided
by Government but how much reaches to Dalits. If dalits get 50% of that
money appropriately then we do not need to fight for any thing. The most
of the money utilized by the high powered dalits or by the politicians
or by the bureaucracy.

I am talking based on my experience while working for the community in
India from 1976 to 1998.
