Dear Vinod Rainaji

I have seen different thoughts expressed by many learned personals regarding 'Right to Education Bill, 2008' which was recently introduced in parliament. I think, we should not make it complicated. It is simple; we need a central legislation reflecting 'equity in education with quality for all', so that our children of school going age group could enjoy the fundamental right to education without any obstacle. Private schools should come into the preview of the common law and act according to constitutional provisions in terms of accessibility and same quality for all. Discrimination should not be allowed in education by all purposes. After becoming fundamental right every child of this country is entitled to get 'free and compulsory education' with equitable quality. Teachers should available only for quality education without any non-teaching engagement with the required qualification and training. Required funds should be available from GDP considering it as public fund, not need to depend on foreign debt. ……this is so simple but the ruling classes doesn't want to carry it enthusiastically and making regular conspiracy against masses in regards to providing equal opportunity for all. If we are too, ready to provide concessions for ruling classes, they will make it difficult for common man. In the name of practicality we can't give them concessions. It is horrible for the nation. I am sorry to say that we are in disagreement with the draft placed by Indian government. They are making a list for their success in coming election and bringing us in their grip. They are talking about fake nationalism preparing war-mongering and autocratic state under the garb of 'Police-Raj', while the true nationalism is to make nation educated, healthy, prosperous, equal and democratic.

Common School System is only solution providing equitable quality education for all in our country realizing right to education in actual sense. There is no other way and we have to fight for CSS.
