Why Padma awards, why not we question all awards even including scientific awards, including Bhatnagar awards (exceptions are there). Now CSIR is going to add further merit to the award winners by adding a handsome monthly allowance to their salary. (In addition recipients also get Rs 15,000 per month up to the age of 65 years) Why not there be investigation on what these Bhatnagar award winners contributed to science or nation which helped india to compete globally or put India in global map.
