Pradipta Nayak The great mission could be possible due to scientfic steps taken by the Chief Minister Mr.Manik Sarkar and its Left front Government in Tripura. The govt has allocated a sizeble amount of its state budget towards education as constitutional mandate. Other state governments should follow this. Thanks Pradipta Nayak Bhubaneswar
