Getting affiliation from CBSE doesn't actually display some revolutionary reforms in Muslim world in general and Madarsas in particular. Orthodoxy and hippocrisy are still ruling the Madarsas. I would also like to know what action the Madarsa board or the Ulema's organisations took against those Moulavis who were caught selling Fatwas in a sting operation carried out by Aniruddha Bahal. Or what action the Ulemas take against those petty thieves from their community who are caught red-handed. Why not the Muslim personal law board, which is very much particular about the rights and practices in Islam, talks about tough action against Muslim criminals as per the Islamic law?
