Well Great idea :) .. But why not first channelize the money for betterment of people , which is already lying with the Govt . The money paid by Tax payers of india . Why not Govt thinks of spending that money instead of eating it up by showing some work in paper and some eaten up in form of commission they take for giving contract . I would say even if Govt spends 60 - 70% of tax money for betterment ,guess many life or village or roads will be at better state . Why not that happens first before looking for some money which is not there with Govt . We pay road tax , We pay Income tax , We pay property tax of our hard earned money . Where is it lying ? at someone's pockets ? and We enjoy a road with pit holes and many villages without electricity and a country where a common man is not safe ? A country so rich in , material resource , and has a huge knowledge base . Only doesnt have a good leader to discipline it to make it the best for last 60 year + . well I guess only way for betterment is to use resource what we have without corruption . That only can come when we have Good litterate , ethically sound , well educated , having great vision ( not only for 5 years terms only ) , not self benifit based politics people leading our poor country to make it a great one .
