Dear Friends We are from a voluntary agency called MANAVI. In the
context of floods of Bihar, we are working in Katihar ( Pranpur,
Azamnagar), Araria( Forbeshganj). The situation is really bad. Even
government camps are not properly functioning. There is scarcity of
water, medicines, boats, cloths, fodder, milk for children
