And i suspect a malicious play in terming his article as remarkable
study.. what is remarkable in it except for denigrating the text
books and caste system? Or is it anything that denigrates hindu
system is remarkable?

The normal user has to understand the conspiracy of using such
descriptive words like remarkable, brilliant, in legitamising a
complete lie..

First of all, the very title of this mail is wrong.. writing positive
about caste system is definitely NOT glorifying.. and the refusal for
the mail author(sikand) to see anything positive in caste system is
pathetic..

Indeed, many of the points mentioned by the delhi based author, can be
clearly observed even today in rural areas..
Those who had come from rural side, will be able to understand it
verywell..

In my own community, a typical marriage consists of rituals involving
all sections of the society.. a barber singing holy song, a madhari
presenting a new chappals, a washerman presenting a new clothes to the
couples, like wise, all sections wish the couple as per their profession..

Secondly, the author attributed caste system to brahminism.. and he
had expressed his utter anti-brahminists hatred in his article..
As today, anything said about brahminism is taken for granted..

He also dealt with manu smriti and attributed to brahminic dominance..
But he fails to understand that manu was a King, and he wrote the
smriti for his empire, and NOT for Hinduism..
There are thousands of such srutis written later on according to times..

But the hindu bashers stick to the manu smriti for defaming hinduism..

I put forth a counter question to both sikand and the article author..
Are they ready to discuss about bible and quran, in the same way as
they discuss about manu smriti and caste system?

I will show them equal number of highly provocative quotes in bible
and quran.. will they bash those religions as they do for hinduism?

The utter hypocrisy will not allow them to do that..
