Why do the Hindutvadis need any commission to protect them. They know how to protect themselves, See how they turned the table on Congress led investigations in bombings by Sangh Parivar terrorists. They refuse to admit that a terrorist is a terrorist. They are pushing the outrageous line that all Hindutva terrorists were patriots as long as they were attacking Muslims. With this kind of warped mentality, will they need any help from any quarters other than their own brainwashed brigade.
India can never unite on the basis of any ideology. It is a nation of pluralities and its genius should be so recongnised.
