An enthusiastic brain emerged from a corner of a village in West Godavari Dist of Andhra Pradesh built a kingdom and being maintained with international standards and ethics for the last two and half decades now under going hard time because of some mistakes committed by a group.

[You are speaking blindly. No enterprise practicess ethics. Ethics are almost limited to class rooms only.

It was not a mistake committed by group only. It was a plan from a single brain from the same corner of a village. Many people joined the group for the shared benefit. If we all start following Raju's principle, then again God will have to take incarnation.

Next, you tell me which company does not have international standards?
TCS/WIPRO/Infy and several others - All claim to have the best practices of the world.

So, your mentioning of Satyam only is simply meaningless.

Being a realistic leader he took the entire responsibility of other's mistakes also which is the unique nature of Sri Raju.

[He had to confess as he had kept many secrets away from his board members also. He was sure to be prooved of guilt alone only...It is a not a case of high morale...It is a case of realising the truth. Had it mean a morale, this would not have happened at first.

My wonder is, why he needed to do this all. He was already rich enough. Perhaps greed has no limit.

Loosing money in shares is nothing new and it is going on for the last several months. A man dedicated for the society is Sri Ramalinga Raju. For eg when bomb blast happened in lumbini park Hyderabad, 108 attended the job and saved several lives within minutes, where as in Mumbai attacks medical care was given to the sufferers after several hours of the bomb attack.

[By the way, there are several people who do such activities for an eye wash or just for a social face. In reality they are the most wicked person. Going by your logic, many of the trust owners are also doing social service, but in practicality, it is just a show off...the main motive is to shiffon off money from such trusts or NGOs.]

This is just only one classic example to say that how satyam is dedicated to the society.

Coming to your point...there are many other organisations who do more for social cause like Tata, Infosys, etc...If you talk to companies, they will pile off rims of papers to prove their social concerns. Satyam is not alone in this. This is often a great way to save taxes and making a social relationship.]

Every one should extend their moral support to Sri Ramalinga Raju at this juncture not at the time when he was in the top position.

[Really? His firm bagged many Govt. contracts which are under scrutiny now...His office was raided by IT officials long back and no action was taken owing to his political links...His lust of money has earned whole India a bad image and fear factor in Satyam's employees.
