Thanks Xavier for highlighting this very important issue. Not many
members of the jharkhand net group have taken much interest on this
topic.Perhaps, because most of them live far away from the place like
where Lakhiram, an Adibasi was killed.
But the Jharkhand net has very kindly provided a facility fo on line
petition to the authorities who are supposed to hear our grievances
and do something about them.
I have started a petition to His Excellency, The Governor of
Jharkhand to urgently institute a Judicial enquiry to find out the
causes of police firing on that fateful day, the 6th of Dec. 2008 and
ensure a fair trial and justice to the people concerned.
I urge the members of the group to support thier cause.
