Dear Sir, It may be a personal problem based question. This matter has been / is being taken up with the Court. The same has been communicated to the related Member of Parliament, related Member of legislative assembly, District DC, District SP, Mining Area Development Authority along with others. Unfortunately response / action are nil. It is an earnest request to all the sensible citizen of Jharkhand state to kindly express their kind and individual views as against the below mentioned aspect: I stay at Dhaiya locality of Dhanbad, wherein I have constructed my own house in the year 2002. That time I had made a well also. In our Dhaiya locality there is no arrangement of water supply, as such we are using the water of our well for our total domestic use including the drinking and pujas.. At my east end in the year 2004 my neighbour started constructing his house. Unfortunate part is that as a part of house construction my eastern side neighbour started making a septic tank within 3/5 feet of our above mentioned well. Objections in various manner was raised, but all vain. my neighbour got succeeded to finally construct the said septic tank just within 3/5 feet of my well. Not only that the exit gas pipe of the septic tank has been erected 3 (three) feet away from the southern side of my bed room.
We are still trying our level best to object / oppose the above issue, meanwhile we just wish to get your feeling that can a septic tank be made within 3/5 of a well (water of which is exclusively being used for domestic and holy purposes) ? What kind of ethics or mentality is this if some one is adamant to construct a septic tank within 3/5 feet of a well? 1 'whether a septic tank is supposed to be made within 3/5 feet of a well (water of which is used for daily need, inclusive of drinking and puja purpose)' 2. 'whether exit gas emission pipe (from a septic tank can be placed just adjacent to the exit door of a Bed room' These are scientific based questions and for knowledge sake it is requested with high hope to get a scientific answer in terms of 'yes' or 'no'. We shall remain obliged for the same Kindly look into the attached picture, which is self explanatory Thanking you once again with heart felt regards, Samir Kumar Bhattacharya |
