Gladson Dungdung Ahkhil Bhartiya Vidyarti Parishad's men ransack missionary school in Bhopal. Both the actors have extremely violated the law of the land therefore they must be brought to justice. No one shall be allowed to violate the Constitution of India, which has given everyone the right to freedom of religion. Therefore the religious fundamentalists must understand that the religion is not above of the Constitution of India. Gladson Dungdung Dr. Dhanakar Thakur To my knowledge many schools affliated to ICSE(mostly Missionary schools) opt for holidays on 26th january, 15th August and do not even unfurl National Flag which should be checked and suitable action by authorities to be taken including cancellation of their affiliation.

I got an email entitled- " Who the hell is She? Who allowed her to
Disrespect our Country?"
The email had along with the text two photographs attached with it.
In both these photographs there were a man and a woman sitting on
the sofa in a room along with a few men/ women around them.
The part that was most disrespecting and disturbing was that the
National Flag of India was lying there near the feet of this woman
in the most insulting and apparently didhonourable way. It was very
clear from the photograph that deliberate and willful dishonour was
being shown to the National Flag which is a cognizable crime under
Section 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
When I enquired about the person concerned, it came to be known that
the photograph of the woman was that of Maata Nirmala Devi, a
religious teacher. I also saw this photograph in the google image
search of Nirmala Devi.
Taking the matter seriously I approached the Gomti Nagar police
Station at Lucknow and got an FIR registered against the accused
persons under the relevant sections. The case crime number is 108/09
u/s 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
I hope due and proper investigation of the case is done so that the
guilty and the accused, whoever they are, are properly penalized and
punished.
