Pachauri, DG ,The Energy Research Institute of India and Chairperson, Inter Governmental Panel on Climate Change will release the book . Prof Anand Kumar ,School of Social Sceinces, JNU and Dr. Sudhirendra Sharma, the Environmentalist will speak on the occassion.
