Dear Moderator It is irony of the 2nd biggest Democracy that the Constitutional Watch Dogs are themselves increasingly coming under Public Scanner and those who are entrusted with the responsibility to hold the values and integrity of Indian Constitution are falling prey to politicization and behaving unbecoming of their Positions. Supreme Court Judges are not inclined to declare their assets and make it available under Right To Information ACT and have rather preferred to file an Appeal in a Lower Court i.e., High Court. Corruption charges are levied against High Court Judges and instead of resigning suo motto, are awaiting removal/impeachment. Partisan charges are made against Election Commissioner by his own senior colleague CEC and he is awaiting President's orders for removal and more banking on political/govt. support. Morality and Integrity demand that such Constitutional Watch Dogs should themselves resign and /or proceed on long leave pending clearance of their names against allegations involving personal integrity and honesty.
