Dr Isaacs, The idea of providing affiliation to the Madrasas to our CBSE system of education, the Madrasas must be asked to fulfil one very vital condition and that is to dilute their pure Quran based curriculum in favour of more benign, modern and varied  subjects.otherwise how can a person no matter how bright can become anything other than a perfect Jihadi??

 

There is no doubt, as you have rightly questioned.. there is going to be a conflict between the modern day well accepted scientific theories based on knowledge and the irrational theories of the creation by Allah. Do you think we can afford to let the Mullah win again and again or may be perhaps it is an attempt at slowly redeeming the Indian Muslims and eventually making them join the mainstream modern labour force. ??  

 

 

 

 

we are not an atheistic state. We are 'secular' in delivering justice to individuals, fellow country men. The state is secular in this regard not in the sense that atheists would let us believe. DAV schools with Arya Samaj based content have affliations with CBSE. Madrassas are schools as well established by citizens of India under the constituional provision. If Madrassas have the capacity to deliver CBSE syllabus why should have problems with that?
