Dear friends, Developing Countries Research Centre (DCRC), Delhi University is organising the 20th Annual Grassroots Politics Colloquium (GPC) on Grassroots Politics: Reflections on the Past and Visions for the Future on 28 February-1 March 2009. Every year different thematic areas are taken up in the GPC to initiate dialogue and debate amongst grassroots activists, academics and research scholars engaged in those thematic areas.
