Regarding the question of merit I just want to ask you, A community for thousand of years made some rules, and see the height of issue they  didn't think a man as a man, introduced the concept of superiority  inferiority by only a small section, not even 5% of the India's population. How inhuman??

Regarding the question of merit, just want to ask you what happened to merit, as you cry you when Moguls came or Britishers were there, or even before so many attacks on COUNTRY. Let me sum up this, It's because of some section of persons like you & Your Ideas, We faced so many defeats and we were insecure.

I can list  history of failures, not because of Dalits or OBC but because of these small section….

The Kings on which you raise your voice or heads, behind every successful king there were only these Dalits  or OBC's,  because of them only, they were able to win. If you have any doubt ask me, I will give you a history or re-read history.

So Don't worry about Dalit Defense Minister and a Dalit Army Chief. Or try to remember  latest incident, Mr. Jagjivan Ram, a dalit minister when you won a great war under a Dalit leadership.

Let me tell you, dear you will be much more safer in a Dalit or OBC's Shelter than your own brother And when today things are coming in line, you are obstructing it.
Or when you are feeling that everything is slipping from your hand like sand

If you say of merit I can give you so many Dalit / Muslim/ OBC intellectual list who were not recognized in this country, but they are earning good reputation in other countries. Only because of people like you here they were less intellect because they were not Padhi, Sharma tag in their name.

Moreover I will give you a example of my friend case, who also is a Dalit, He told me a personal experience of his daughter, of Class I First, everything was fine, one day her classmate mother came and when she came to know of their caste, from the very next day she was not a friend to this class First Student. And she started saying what you Dalit will learn, It's not your cup of tea. I think you might have heard of AIIMS discrimination issue also

I don't know what kind of poison, you people are feeding to your young ones without accessing the character, morals or intellect level, except a tag name which is everything to be so called Meritorious.

For a section of people, to show merit / intellect level these TAG  names are required, even if he is a peon and his boss is by chance a dalit or OBC , but he shows his capability by introducing the CASTE.

Don't say "Dalits who fails to compete with General category students" or of "merit as per their capability", given an equal opportunity same social environment,

These dalits and OBC will do much better , or any body can do better. Don't compare one sitting in delhi paying high tutorial fees and another one who doesn't have these facilities or background, and former one if not selected coming up by paying huge amount for  Payment Seat and then calling it by merit.

And If you say " no one will tease or taunt them" I think then you should read society, History / Sociology  for what reasons they are teased or taunted.

For the sake of saying , please don't do atleast think read and then comment. Today we have so many Principal, Vice-Chancellors, UGC Chairman, Doctors, Enginners and other teaching faculties. Not because of them, any one have to feel sorry. So question of "Social Justice should be achieved without doing injustice to merit " doesn't stand

You say, "certain jobs where quality must not be compromised" but what about the quantity of population 23% Dalit,  52% OBC to whom you are giving only 27% of the share, and other minorities which is resources less and is in developing stages,

10 % will not make a nation DEVELOPED. As Said "ongoing aspiration among Indian Dalits that they deserve quota in every job including IIT/IIM teaching jobs is not in National Interest and must not be allowed". I strongly oppose that according to population percentage Dalits and OBC's should give reservation to Brahmins so that resources should be utilized equally, not by one caste

 As said, "Government posts where only routine file handling work is done - we have no objection to offer  a job to the oppressed community." I offer you, lets exchange the jobs & lets see who fails. It is because of these low payee workers (Honest & Hardworking) the country is running, and given the opportunity they can perform better also.
