I have actively associated with people interest in forming a political party to replace incompetent ruling and opposition parties around Delhi for four years, campaigning against corruption for 35 years and was election manager for a faction contesting California elections in 1986 during visit and as a professional inventor gathering knowledge since 4-5 year old from farming to nuclear power, was top chess player in Delhi in 1973. Watched live broad cast of political debates on TV in London participated in hundreds of international meetings and exhibitions.

I know all the corruption, mismanagement of resources, incompetence and failures and tragedies and am deeply concerned about them all.

Until recently like most Indians I believed we have companies governed by rules and regulations by SEBI and CLB, political parties too operate under Election Commission rules and regulations.

It was five close relatives appointment to Punjab Assembly in Sikh majority state – Sikhs are most independent people in India, shook me and thus quest to uncover the "Secrets of Political Parties" that let them control millions of Indians through false promises by bunch of grossly incompetent, unprincipled and corrupt people.

I have down loaded "Political Constitution" of 25 leading political parties in India and studied them also in relation to Democratic Party. I know just how autocratic and incompetent each party is.

Success of each political party depends on attracting "Capable People" and you would recall post emergency Congress Party was completely uprooted in North, East & Central India, BJP was reduced to two seats.

But in the absence credible alternative power is shared between Congress and BJP led coalitions for three decades alternately.

Things would change when Democratic Party of India consisting of brightest young people supported by qualified and experienced elders as guides comes as preferred choice.

Political Parties will be inspired to match the success of DPI.

Soon India will have Corruption Free, Progressing, World's Fastest Growing Economy that gives opportunities & shares economic gains equitable without exploitation.

It would be out in a day or two.

1.  The expansion of the present parliament of one chamber to one of seven chambers through a set of councils at six different administrative levels each with a different set of members elected from different and distinct areas of administration.

2.  Each of these chambers (Councils) would deal with one or more distinct and defined functions of the present parliament but connected to achieve the desired aim in operation as a distinct and different links of a chain.

3.  The 5th chamber (known as Regional Council) would, in addition to other functions, act as the 2nd chamber found in most countries that have a two-chamber parliament.

4.  The members to these chambers (councils) would be elected on the accepted UN principle of one member for one country irrespective of the size or population of the country (administrative area). In this proposal it is an equal number of members from similar administrative areas to the same or similar chamber (council) so to provide an opportunity for representation on the basis of gender, age, trade, political ideologies and ethnicity – in the spirit of true democracy.

 People must be made to realize that the installation of a truly democratic system of good governance with transparency would strengthen the economy, preserve nature and discourage fraud and mismanagement and thus benefit everybody and the whole country.

It is accepted that an ideal state of good governance cannot be achieved because there is no perfect world but to achieve an adequate level of good governance we must aim for the ideal situation.
