Well, Well, If upper castes did not oppose Mandal Reservations who did? Perhaps Biswajit could enlighten us! As a resident of Delhi I know what poison upper castes spewed against the Mandal Reservations. I saw it first hand and I am amazed that people like Biswaji will deny even facts!
