Your philosophy of many gods sounds very good, but the major problem is that there will be no one in control. That is why we read of these gods fighting between themselves and all the evil of this caste system which deprives mankind of their worth given by the one sovereign creator God.this is what the Bible tells happened once to the nation of Israel when there was no King in Israel every man did what was right in his own eyes. Result was anarchy. India with all its gods and gula deva is still the most spiritually darkened and corrupted of the nations. If we are all gods how good this world should have been. This is asuming the fact that God is good.What happen when in your family and work and schools there is no one person like a father, director, principal in charge, but every one want to be in charge?. Result is mass confusion. We are moral being created by a morally good and just God. Man can never become God because we are created ones and are not the creator.We are so helpless people apart from our creator God. The very air we breath and the water we drink and the things we enjoy in the nature is not brought by us. If we miss the oxygen for 10 minutes we will be dead meat. How can we say when this is the reality that we are all gods? So making man god, we have made the present chaos. Once you turn to the true and living one God, you find the purpose of this God creating you and will see how though things have gone wrong and how that good God still gives hope to the fallen sinful man through the substitutionary (in my place) death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ). I hope you will read the Bible with a open mind and see the beauty of this message. This is what made man eaters to become man lovers in the world. (Have you heard about David Livingston in Africa?This message is what motivated missionaries to leave the comfort of their own country (which most of us Indian wil never do but love to go to the west to improve our comforts) and go to nations like India clean the lepers and beggars and the sick and give them education to learn and come up in life, live with people who had nothing and give them hope that is available in Jesus Christ. I remember seeing some of our gurus going to materially prosperous western nations and becoming rich with their philosophy. I have seen very few of them going to the destitute ones in our own land, but these gurus go to the west. for increasing their wealth . After reading Bible (the whole Bible not just few verses which many take out of context) with an open mind, if you don't agree with it, be it so, no body will or can push you to make decision. You are a moral being with freedom to chose. In our politics we don't tell people not to change their allegiance to these parties most of which is so corrupt. After each election many of the MPs and MLAs change parties to make money. That is no problem in India.How can we deprive man of the more important decision of spiritual matters. It is not what you are born as that matters but with what belief you die that determines your destiny Don't play with fire when it comes to your life after death. . Read it and if you don't agree leave it . God loves you and want you to see the truth for yourself and make an informed decision, rather than superstitious blind faith . Unfortunately mush of the professing Christianity has failed to show Christ through their life, most of it is only nominal name sake religion. I am sorry for that. But you read for yourself. That is God given freedom. May the good Lord open your eyes to see spiritual truth. Even if you reject this truth God still loves you.
