Sub: 9th Paralympic Jharkhand State Games 24-25th January, 2009 Ranchi
Sir/Madam,
We are happy to inform you that Paralympic Committee of Jharkhand is going to organize 9TH PARAOLYMPIC ATHLETICS GAMES FOR DISABLED, 24-25th January 2009 at Birsa Railway Sadium, Ranchi. There are 600 disabled sports persons in Sub-Junior, Junior & Seniors categories going to participate in Track & Field Events in Blind, Hearing Impaired, and Mentally Challenged & Orthopeadically Handicapped classes.
Successful winner athletes will be getting chance to participate in forth coming 11th National Paralympic Athletics Championship going to be held 19th to 23rd Feb 2009 at Sawai Man Singh Stadium, Jaipur.
In Athletics events of Track (100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1500M, 3000M, 100X4 Relay) and Field (High Jump, Long Jump, Shotput, Javeline Through, Discuss Through) under Sub Junior (8-14Yrs.), Junior (15-21Yrs) & Senior (22 and above) of disabilities categories of Blind, Deaf, Mentally Retarded, Cerebral Palsy & Orthopeadically Handicapped will be participating.
Therefore May I request you kindly send your athletes to take part in forthcoming Disabled Athletics Meet for Physically & Mentally Challenged.
